Do not get to meet many techs and the sales force does change. The replacement folks seem to be of the same high standard. We dealt with two salesmen, Anthony Lugo and Tim Foreman and working together they got us (read My Wife) what we wanted. I never have a problem when coming in for servicing, and have always been treated courteously. Wife says she likes Fords but she keeps driving Hondas from Crown. Good staff, good sales people, good techs. Yeah- we like Crown Honda. lpg More
