Very Bad Experience My family and I have been a customer of Crown for 25+ years. That being said, my most recent experience has been anything but pleasant! We sat down and negotiated for several hours on 2 different vehicles. A Honda Odyssey EX and a Pilot Elite. We decided to go home and sleep on it in an effort to decide which vehicle we wanted more. We decided to go with the Pilot. We headed back down to the dealership on Sunday afternoon to complete the deal. This is where things start to get messy! As we were starting the process of signing the the papers on the Pilot, a sales manager took me into a closed door office. He proceeded to tell me that they could not honor the deal that they had given to me IN WRITING because the sales manager from the previous day (Justin) had screwed something up with the numbers. I was told that we could still take the vehicle home with us and that he would speak with the GM the next day about finding a way to make the deal work. I was told that he couldn't guarantee that the deal would go through, but also that he hadn't never seen the GM not make a deal happen. So, our fingers were crossed. The next day, I receive a call from the original Sales Manager (Justin). He informed me that there was just no way that we could get the vehicle for the price that they had quoted us. He seemed genuinely apologetic, but nevertheless, we were unable to obtain the vehicle for the price that we had been promised. We ended up getting an Odyssey for a good deal, but this whole situation left a VERY bad taste in our mouth with Crown. My family and I have leased/purchased a new car every few years from Crown since the mid 90's. Very disappointed that customer loyalty has such little value to them. For what it's worth, the salesman (Hugo Gonzalez) was fantastic. The poor guy was just stuck in the middle. More

Roberta was very patient with us and answered all our questions regarding purchasing a new vehicle. She took her time with us and did not rush our decision. If she did not know the answer to our question, she asked another Sales Rep or Manager and found the answer for us. On a side note, Justin and Lynette were able to find the exact car (make/model/color) that we wanted and bring it in from another dealership. We appreciate the dedication. We have been purchasing our vehicles from Crown since the early 90s and have had all our Maintenance down at Crown. We appreciate the loyalty in return. More

What an amazing experience! I never thought I'd be sitting in a 2019 Honda Accord Sport but here I am. I went in to just look around, and found a Sonata that I liked but it was u I never thought I'd be sitting in a 2019 Honda Accord Sport but here I am. I went in to just look around, and found a Sonata that I liked but it was used and the interest rate with gonna be ridiculous on it. Imagine my suprise when I was told that I could lease my beautiful new car for 3 years and purchase it if I wanted after that!! This entire team was great and Jonathan was the icing on the cake, so polite and knowledgeable with every question I had and believe me, there was about 300 questions that day! I will see Jonathan and the Crown crew for any car I purchase in the future. If you want great service with a smile, go see Jonathan!! I went in for a used car and with no pressure left in a brand new Honda Accord Sport! Keep being great Jonathan and the Crown Honda Crew!! More
