Leased 2019 Honda Accord Ralph Carter was great to work with. As I told him, I really appreciated his "no nonsense" approach. Incredible experience at Crown Honda! Enver, Jon, Justin, and Cathy made our experience incredible. They took care of us like family! They were honest, authentic and very flexible to our needs. I was on the fence at first when handing in my leased 2016 Civic. I was gonna walk away and just look for a used car. But Jon and Enver made me feel comfortable with the process of getting into a new Civic. Justin was flexible on the lease pricing and was very accomodating. Cathy was the best finance person I've ever dealt with. She was no fluff, up front and did not try to sell me unnecessary add ons. Overall great experience. I'll be back. More
