Made buying a new car a real pleasure I can truly say that Toyota of Cleveland was a great please to work with on the purchase of a new 2019 4Runner for my wife. The entire sales team was I can truly say that Toyota of Cleveland was a great please to work with on the purchase of a new 2019 4Runner for my wife. The entire sales team was super friendly and low pressure. I had initially been communicating with Kirsten and when we got to the dealership for a test drive then worked directly with Stockton in Sales. They did not initially have the color we wanted. He was very knowledgeable about the Toyota models that we already owned and the one we were considering. At the end of the test drive, we sat down to discuss my specific needs for the car, its options, and the price. Stockton then worked with Justin from management came over and we had a great conversation on my price challenge between the new car and my trade. I had done my homework and come with prior quotes for similar vehicle and trade-in values. The team worked quickly to come up with a competitive deal and work well for us as and within a few days we had the new 4Runner exactly just as I would have order it and the price that I needed with a generous trade-in value. They found our car from another deal and had it brought to Cleveland and put the few options we wanted on it. Using Toyota of Cleveland also saved me many hours of time, effort, and cost as I did not need to drive out of state or to some other non-local dealership to work my deal. The experience was truly refreshing. Stockton kept me posted on the status of our new car through the entire process. It could not have been any lower stress. I also reviewed at great length various Toyota options for extended warranty and service support with Tyler who gave us honest and detailed information on how to protect our Toyota purchase. I plan on having Toyota of Cleveland service our not only our new 4Runner and my also your existing Tacoma. Great job by everyone at the dealership and real pleasure to have you so close to my home in Tennessee. More

We had such an easy going great experience with Mason. We came in to service our 2019 Highlander that we owed for 5 months and decided to look at vans cause we traded ours in for the Highlander and really We came in to service our 2019 Highlander that we owed for 5 months and decided to look at vans cause we traded ours in for the Highlander and really regretted getting rid of it.We asked Mason would it be possible to work up a trade and he got started on it right away with the help of the general sales manager Justin Chretien and the two of them together they came up with a deal we couldn't refuse and made us very happy customers.We have bought our last 3 vans up there and we drive an hour just to get the great and friendly service we get from all the employees.We even pass a dealer close to us because we don't get that service there.We have been making that trip ever since we got our first van.It's definitely worth the extra mile and we will continue to do so.After we bought the van Mason took the time to set with us and explain everything about the van and told us if we had any questions or problems to just give him a call..He was the best salesman we have ever worked with and have made a forever friend.Thank you Mason for making this happen and making us very happy customers.Alfred Polk worked with us and got us an extended warranty policy and worked with us and wasn't pushy and explained everything to us.Another very nice employee and then finally Keith Jackson who has always helped us from the first van we purchased .He has always been so friendly to us came out to congratulate us on our new van and made us feel so special with our new purchase.Thank you to all the wonderful people that made us one Happy Customer.,You are the Best!
