Best Experience Ever I am from Nashville, and unfortunately, my transmission went out on my old vehicle when I was driving through Chattanooga on my way home. I had to stay in Chattanooga overnight and needed to search for a new vehicle. I was referred to Cleveland Toyota by a good friend of mine (who is from Chattanooga), so I found a car I was interested in on their website. Monte' was able to set aside the car until I was able to return the next week to test drive it. When I returned the following week, Monte' and Prestion already had my paperwork completed should I want to purchase the vehicle. I test drove it and immediately wanted to purchase the vehicle. Justin arranged for pick up of my trade in (as it was being worked on at another dealership) so I wouldn't have to drive back to Chattanooga to return the car. Tyler was very helpful, open and honest about warranty and financing and was able to make this purchase happen for me. The entire process took less than three hours and I happily drove back to Nashville in my first brand new car, a 2019 Camry. Everyone was kind, helpful and had wonderful attitudes. This has been my most pleasurable experience with any car dealership. Thank you, Cleveland Toyota! You have a customer for life! More

In addition, I have a tendency to be very particular about the agreements I enter into and everyone that I talked to was extremely patient and accommodating, ensuring that I left in a vehicle that I was more than happy with. I have only purchased Corollas in the past but i loved the look of the 2019 Rav4 so I went by the dealership to test drive one. Russell Bishop was my salesperson and he was GREAT to work with. He answered all of my questions and was straight forward and didn't talk down to me at all. I took my time making a decision but Russell answered every random question that I through at him over the next few weeks. When I finally made the decision to buy the Rav4 they were great through the process and even though it took a while to negotiate everyone was patient (or at least hid their aggravation well). I like to do my research and I tend to know what I want and what I expect and this dealership always meets or exceeds those expectations. *The service department is top notch as well. More

first time able to buy this is the first time I have been able to do business here. This is my 4th Toyota in the last 10 years and I always ended up out of town. It was nice this is the first time I have been able to do business here. This is my 4th Toyota in the last 10 years and I always ended up out of town. It was nice to buy my Toyota here on town. The personal have a completely differently attitude than in earlier years. Shaq did not pressure me but let me do the buying and I feel I got a good deal for the 1st time. Justin and I talker and he enticed me to buy here and not go back to Knoxville as I have on my last 3 Toyota's. All the paper signing went well and Tim explained everything and the kid was very personable. I feel like I have made more friends when I was done and very happy with my new 4Runner. More of a family atmosphere here now. Nice to see this kind of change in my home town. More

Josh Richards was my salesman and he did such a great job finding an absolutely perfect vehicle for me. He made sure I knew all my options and when I feel in love with one, he made it happen for me! He, along with Justin, Alfred, and Tim, worked hard to get me the best deal possible so I could have the car of my dreams without breaking my budget. I never feel like I’m a dollar sign to these guys. They treat you like family and go above and beyond to make sure you’re completely satisfied with your vehicle. I plan on staying in my current vehicle for a long time, but you can be sure when I’m ready to purchase again, I’ll be going right back to Toyota of Cleveland! More

USED TRADE-IN FOR USED VEHICLE I entered the dealership thinking they wouldn't want to trade and if they did they would give me a low trade-in credit. I was wrong. The credit they offered for my trade-in was adequate and the patient salesman lead me to a used vehicle that I love and with very little cash. I'm still happy with my new used Toyota Highlander with 350,000 plus miles still running like it was off the show floor. More
