Best customer service experience I've ever had! I was traveling across the country a couple of weeks ago and, after a VERY long day of driving, I got a flat tire right off the exit of this dealershi I was traveling across the country a couple of weeks ago and, after a VERY long day of driving, I got a flat tire right off the exit of this dealership. It was late, I was alone, and in the middle of nowhere (or so I thought). Fortunately, I pulled right in to Toyota of Cleveland and it was the best service experience I've ever had. The staff bent over seven ways to help me (especially Joey, Josh, Phil, and Justin) late on a Friday night and made sure that I got back on the road safely. First, Phil immediately started searching for the problem when I pulled in. Second, because their service department was already closed, Joey took it upon himself to make several calls to try to help me have the tire replaced. Third, the staff stood by me the entire time. For 2 1/2 hours. They offered me drinks, food, and repeatedly asked if there was anything else that they could do to help me. By the time I got back on the road it was almost 10PM and they were still there. I just can't say enough good things about these people and this dealership. Without them I would have been scared and stranded in the dark and probably would not have gotten back on the road until late the next day. THIS is why my family buys Toyota! I would drive across the country (again) just to buy a car from them if I weren't moving abroad! More
