Refuses to cancel my extended warranty after months of giving me the run around. Honestly, I never thought I'd have to go through this. Months and months of this, and now they just hang up on me. One time giving me the run around. Honestly, I never thought I'd have to go through this. Months and months of this, and now they just hang up on me. One time they just put the phone down while I heard them have a good laugh saying "it's the guy that thinks we're actually gonna cancel his extended warranty hahaha". Horrible, horrible people. Run from this place. Unless you want to spend money on a lawyer like me months down the line. More

Worst corrupt dealership ever my interest rate changed 3 times! 16k of extras added in to price initially which I declined! Then the interest rate went from 9% to 19.9% then 2 months went by no finance info times! 16k of extras added in to price initially which I declined! Then the interest rate went from 9% to 19.9% then 2 months went by no finance info finally they had to redo the loan again and it went down to 8.5%. The finance manager said,”you didn’t think we were going to let you buy that vehicle for 34k,did you? Price of vehicle I purchased was 28k initially! When I got home and saw $16,000 of extra fees added in that’s when the games began they took the interest rate from 9% up to 19.9% which never went thru and 2 months went by no finance information received finally they reduced the interest rate to 8.25% and let me out with only 1 added fee which I didn’t want a Honda Advantage Program fee for $2300 they told me it was “mandatory” Finally I told them my husband was an attorney and he planned a class action law suit against the dealership related to fraudulent practices. I was exhausted and stressed after this horrible ordeal! I went there to return my 3 yr Honda CRV lease and thought it would be easier to purchase a vehicle there! Boy was I wrong! In the end I had most of the added fees removed and purchased a Cadillac SUV with an 8.25 % interest rate. The vehicle had no oil change, tire pressure was low, no gas fill up and I doubt they even washed it! The salesman who’s name I never got knew nothing about the vehicle I wanted to purchase he took me to another lot to get it for a test drive after I requested to test drive it from searching their used inventory online. In the end I won but what an ordeal! More

They told me at the phone 3 times that my car is XLE trim but I find out it’s only LE trim when I arrive at the dealership. I was driving for 10 hours!!! Well Buying a car is not always fun, but I di find a car I liked I bought it and was out other in about 2 1/2 hours. Not really too bad. Got home discovered a Chip in the windshield that I did not see, emai I liked I bought it and was out other in about 2 1/2 hours. Not really too bad. Got home discovered a Chip in the windshield that I did not see, emailed the owner and had someone call back , I sent a Photo and 2 days later had a window repair company out to fix the chip. Not bad. All in all I would recommend them. More
