Was promised a wash, instead when delivered back a fountain drink was left in drink holder. Not the end of the world just sloppy and poor comunication between service and advisor. I brought my truck in for a noise that I thought was possibly a wheel bearing. I was told that I needed $5500!in front end work and new tires. I had the work done and picked up truck. Driving it home th possibly a wheel bearing. I was told that I needed $5500!in front end work and new tires. I had the work done and picked up truck. Driving it home the sound that I brought it in for was still there. I called the dealer and brought it back. Apparently they never test drove the truck. After a test drive they found a piece of weatherstripping that was causing the noise. They repaired it and wanted to charge me an additional $60. Not a good idea. Makes me wonder if I spent $5500 for a potentially $60 repair. I certainly hope that my truck needed the work I paid for. More
