So, when I arrived to the appointment and find out how long it would take, I was surprised and left. Some employees there have a very condescending attitude towards customers. Someone must tell them that they have a job because of us the customers. It is the second time an employee is condescending with me at this Shottenkirk location. Maybe I should take my car somewhere else.
