I had an emergency drop in to fix a leak in a tire and was told it was at least a two hour wait. I was out in an hour and 45 minutes. The service waiting area at the University Drive Huntsville location is very nice, comfortable and spread out to allow for social distancing. Since I came in right before lunch time, I was able to enjoy some snacks while waiting for my vehicle service, this is such a nice amenity that makes a normally unenjoyable experience of getting your vehicle fixed to and experience that is comfortable and somewhat enjoyable. More

I purchased a 2017 Honda Pilot for $22,000 on 9/16. On the way home, the Emissions System Problem light came on. I messaged a picture of this to the salesperson the next day and he assured me it woul On the way home, the Emissions System Problem light came on. I messaged a picture of this to the salesperson the next day and he assured me it would be fixed under warranty. We live over an hour away so we scheduled an appointment for 9/28 because of our work schedules. During our visit, they replaced the fuel injectors, and told me that that would fix the problem. Eight days later, the light came back on again. I took it back to the service department, expecting them to fix the issue under warranty, but instead, I was told less than 30 minutes that the front catalyst was bad and that it was not covered under the warranty we had purchased. They wanted to charge me over $1600 to repair the front catalyst. Either the service department is incompetent, or they intentionally tried to deceive me while I could still return the vehicle by putting a Band-Aid on the problem when they replaced the fuel injectors. Had I known that the vehicle needed almost $2000 in repairs we would not have purchased the vehicle for $22,000! There is no way that the dealership did not know that this was a problem before we purchased the vehicle as the light turned on literally on our drive home. This is the most expensive vehicle purchase we have ever made and I cannot believe that Shottenkirk Honda will not stand behind the product they sold me. There is no way I would ever recommend this dealership to anyone again. This is a very poor and deceptive business practice. More

I had to call the dealer because my car wouldn’t start. I was stranded in a parking lot. The service operator that received the call made sure I left a message for a service personnel. In less than five mi I was stranded in a parking lot. The service operator that received the call made sure I left a message for a service personnel. In less than five minutes, I received a call from Scott.He told me what I needed to do. After getting the car started and arriving at the dealers, Service was excellent! Justin was great! Thank you.
