I had an emergency drop in to fix a leak in a tire and was told it was at least a two hour wait. I was out in an hour and 45 minutes. The service waiting area at the University Drive Huntsville location was told it was at least a two hour wait. I was out in an hour and 45 minutes. The service waiting area at the University Drive Huntsville location is very nice, comfortable and spread out to allow for social distancing. Since I came in right before lunch time, I was able to enjoy some snacks while waiting for my vehicle service, this is such a nice amenity that makes a normally unenjoyable experience of getting your vehicle fixed to and experience that is comfortable and somewhat enjoyable.
