Excellent service, when I get a reply to my calls. I initially requested to have a wheel hub replaced. After 3 weeks of calls into Shottenkirk, I received no call-backs. It wasn't until a routine A I initially requested to have a wheel hub replaced. After 3 weeks of calls into Shottenkirk, I received no call-backs. It wasn't until a routine A1 service was I able to coordinate my wheel hub's replacement. In the end, I got what I needed, but I didn't think I needed to have to keep calling persistently to earn a response. More

The oil change and tire rotation went well. They even kept the valve stem at the bottom of the H on all wheels as I keep it there as a standard position. Also all the tires had 34 psi cold th They even kept the valve stem at the bottom of the H on all wheels as I keep it there as a standard position. Also all the tires had 34 psi cold the next day. With the HRV the front wheels need one more psi in the front, so I bumped it up to 35 psi. Which is fine as I usually keep it at 35 in the front and 34 in the back. Also I torque all my wheels to 100 ft/lbs to make sure they are even. More
