Truthfully I had an apt w another dealership to look at the same car but figured it wouldn't hurt to just see what they had to offer. Then I received an email from Chandra. In the email was a short video of Chandra introducing herself in front of the two cars I inquired about. It was very sincer & genuine. I went to the dealership & was given warm greetings from everyone. Chandra & I drove both vehicles she gave me the pros & cons of each. There was never any pressure or sale tatics. If she didn't know the answer about something I had asked she said so & went to the appropriate channels to find it. She was great to work with at no point did I feel like I was sitting w a sales person trying to pressure me into anything. Overall great experience. I'll definitly be back. More

Buying a used Jeep Wrangler I had spoken with the Rob Edmonds at Mercedes Benz of Hagerstown about a used Jeep Wrangler they had recently listed. I made an appointment to see and I had spoken with the Rob Edmonds at Mercedes Benz of Hagerstown about a used Jeep Wrangler they had recently listed. I made an appointment to see and drive the Jeep on July 1, 2015. Rob was there at the appointed time with the vehicle ready for me to see. The vehicle was more than I had hoped for and after as short drive I was convinced I wanted to complete the purchase. We went back to the show room and and within a matter of minutes we had agreed on the price. Rob was able to quickly complete the transaction including arranging financing. There was no "strong arming" or pressure of any sort which is a characteristic of a dealership that I admire. Within two hours the details were complete and I was able to happily drive off in my newly acquired Jeep.
