Worst experience trying to buy something in my life We had spent a week negotiating to buy a certified pre-owned GLK350 and had finally settled on a price. The morning of the day we were going to go buy We had spent a week negotiating to buy a certified pre-owned GLK350 and had finally settled on a price. The morning of the day we were going to go buy the car, we got an e-mail from Wes that there had been "inquiries" into the car. What he didn't say was that a $2K deposit had been put down and they were trying to close financing with the "inquirer". Since it is about a 2 hour drive from DC, we asked if they would still have the car when we got there that afternoon. They said it hadn't been sold and that it would probably be there, that the lady was still "putting in for a loan approval." They asked if we would make a deposit (even after taking a deposit from the other buyer) but couldn't explain whether it was refundable (i.e. Failure to understand basic English). If they had said a deposit had already been made, we would not have made the trip. We were two miles away, after having driven through Memorial weekend Friday traffic from DC, when they called and said it was sold. Needless to say, we drove the extra two miles to tell them in person what we thought of their mismanagement. Justin would not even let me and my pregnant wife into the building and to talk and made us stand outside. He was very condescending and dismissive of the cost and inconvenience we incurred because of them and walked away when confronted with that fact. He actually had the audacity to say to my wife, "what you are saying is not completely wrong." His behavior was incredibly insulting, inconsiderate and unprofessional. It was, without peer, the worst experience trying to buy anything I have had in my life. More

Excellent Buying Experience! I contacted MB of Hagerstown via of the internet on a Sunday evening. Early Monday morning I was contacted by Nikole regarding my interest in three c I contacted MB of Hagerstown via of the internet on a Sunday evening. Early Monday morning I was contacted by Nikole regarding my interest in three cars. She not only answered all my questions she made a “walk around” video of one of the cars. I contacted her and she set me up with Wes …the sales representative. Wes gave me a call and scheduled a test drive in all three. I picked an MB 250 Coupe and we settled on a price with my trade. He followed up with me during the process and arranged my financing through MB. Wes was very responsive to my questions and very professional. He is truly a “car guy” and he addressed all my questions and concerns. Every complication during the purchase was addressed by Wes and he truly was happy that I was able to purchase the car. Upon taking the delivery of the 250, Justin stepped in to handle the financing paperwork. Wes explained how all the controls were operated and followed up after the sale. My experience with the staff at MB of Hagerstown was beyond what I expected and felt that I was treated professionally. I have bought a few cars in my lifetime but this has overall been the best! Customer Oriented Dealership !!! My wife and I came into the dealership late on a Friday night. We was looking at the CLA250 outside and was greeted by Barry London. He advised that he had a CLA250 in the showroom and we would be able to see the vehicle and interior better in the lighting. Even though we were dressed in blue jeans and a t-shirt, Barry London and Justin Harbert, made us feel very welcomed at the dealership. They (Barry London and Justin Harbert) were willing to take us on a test drive even though they were suppose to close in ten minutes. We decided to come back the next day to do the test drive. We returned on Saturday morning and was greeted by Justin Harbert because Barry London was already dealing with some customers. Justin Harbert arranged for us to take our test drive. We returned from our test drive and made the decision try to work out a deal on purchasing a CLA250. Justin Harbert checked out our trade-in vehicle and within several minutes came back with an offer. We were very pleasantly surprised about the offer which made our decision to purchase the CLA250 easy. The sales team worked as a group. While Justin Harbert and Barry London were busy working on the transaction. The other two salesmen were very friendly and talked to us about the vehicle. We were told to wait in the lounge area, get a drink, watch tv, and relax while the transaction was completed. The transaction went very smoothly and Barry London took the time to explain the features of the vehicle. He paired our phones with the vehicle, loaded our contacts, set up our radio stations, and loaded music from our phones. Barry London was very knowledgeable and able to answer any questions we had about the vehicle and the transaction. They made the purchase of our vehicle very enjoyable. Thanks a lot. More

"First Time Mercedes Owner" Mercedes-Benz of Hagerstown has been "The Best" dealership I have ever purchased from, and I have owned many vehicles from many brands. My search bega Mercedes-Benz of Hagerstown has been "The Best" dealership I have ever purchased from, and I have owned many vehicles from many brands. My search began when I found interest in the GLA 350 which had not come out yet. I called MBOH to have a quick inquiry and Barry London answered the phone. He answered all my questions and was super nice, he offered to meet me to discuss my needs when a time was convenient for me, even if it was after his work hours. When I arrived at MBOH he was at the front door to great me with a smile (very important in sales) and all was pleasant from there. He listened to my needs as I needed space for family matters as well a luxury and was very informative to let me know the GLA 350 was quite small but never pushed me to feel like if that was what I wanted you should not buy. Not long after this meeting a used GLK in a blue color that I love came available and I emailed Barry at 10:00 PM at night expecting an answer the next morning. Not the case, he answered within 15 minutes and we were able to make the purchase the next day. Every one at MBOH was super nice and quality minded about customer service as well as the great product they carry.
