I believe they made money off my interest rate on purpose. I told them that I'm a member of Suncoast Credit Union which I believe would have given me a better rate than 8 percent. When I got home my son-in-law came over to check my car. When he got there he said why did you buy this with a big scratch on it. I hadn't noticed the long 2 foot scratch on it. He looked it up and it did have the scratch on it in your online pictures. I brought it back and the sales rep and the sales manager Justine said they didn't have a paint shop there and there's nothing they could do for it. Right before I left the sales rep said that he could get me a couple gas fill- ups to try to help. I'm probably going to take him up on that. I didn't want to make a scene and cause a problem, that's not my style. That's the reason for my rating. Take care, Don Dempsey More
