We feel in love with one car, then made a complete 180 degree turn, interested in leasing a new vehicle instead. No matter what we wanted and how many times we changed our minds, Kriss jumped immediately to the next scenario: no problem, no judgment, no complaints... pure, unselfish patience. Worth the drive! I live out in West Houston, and am more than willing to make the drive to continue to buy and service my cars at MBOTW. Most Awesome Car Buying Experience Ever Shawna. This lady goes above and beyond. I’ve bought a lot of cars in my lifetime but never have I heard anyone tell me, “I want your business.” An Shawna. This lady goes above and beyond. I’ve bought a lot of cars in my lifetime but never have I heard anyone tell me, “I want your business.” And she meant it. I was treated with respect and courtesy. She is an encyclopedia of knowledge of Mercedes-Benz products. She made my experience at the dealership ENJOYABLE. Usually I would rather have a root canal than go through the car buying process. Not this time. My finance papers were ready when we arrived and it was fast. My technician introduced me to all the features of my gle350 before I drove off the lot.
