I've been here at klaben 1 year ago and purchased a 2020 charger scat pack and had an excellent experience from start to finish. Unfortunately, my car was one of many which was flood totalled in the Ida storm that hit the Eastern Coastline. I contacted my trusted Klaben dealership and yes again had great service from start (ordering the car to spec through Klaben to Dodge), confir.ing delivery to Klaben, flew again to Akron OH and yes, drove back to NY. I would most definitely make my next purchase (Ram 2500) through Klaben and drive the heck out of it back to NY. Thanks Klaben for everything.
