We have shopped at other local jeep dealers and Klaben was by far the best experience for us! We called ahead of time and by the time we got there our salesman Justin already had a few options pulled out was by far the best experience for us! We called ahead of time and by the time we got there our salesman Justin already had a few options pulled out for us. We had no idea what we were looking for or what we wanted but he took the time, probably about 3 hours looking at different options for us. We weren’t able to take the vehicle that day because of other obligations on our end but he kept me informed everyday and even kept the vehicle in the showroom for us because it was gonna rain the night before we picked it up. We highly recommend this dealer and to ask for Justin! Definitely will buy from Klaben in the future More

This is now my 4th car with Justin and I refuse to go anywhere else no matter where I live. I always feel taken care of, understood in what I’m looking for, and never feel like I’m having to fight for a anywhere else no matter where I live. The process to getting in a new car is always seamless and easy from start to finish. With this car, not only was I shown something I never thought I would be able to get into, but I also was helped through what could have been a very stressful situation. A factory defect caused the car to have to be taken in for work, and I recently relocated 4 hours away from the dealership. He still took the time to contact a dealership near me, ensure I was taken care of, and check on me throughout to see if I needed anything. I highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a friendly, knowledgeable, and empathetic team for their next car. More
