After shopping around the Capital District for a month looking for a new SUV, I went a little out of my way to check out Mohawk Honda and I’m glad I did. The morning of my appointment, I was informed the looking for a new SUV, I went a little out of my way to check out Mohawk Honda and I’m glad I did. The morning of my appointment, I was informed the Jeep Grand Cherokee I was interested in had been sold, but there were other Grand Cherokees for me to look at. Melissa in the internet department went above and beyond, sent me window stickers so I could compare options. After terrible experiences at other dealerships I was a bit hesitant, but decided to look at these vehicles anyway. I arrived at the dealership, and was greeted by Leslie, who turned out to be my salesperson. Leslie was a sweet young girl, and I could tell she had a heart of gold. She showed me a Jeep Grand Cherokee Summit and I fell in love with it. It had everything I desired, plus more. Out of all the dealerships I went to, she is the only person to ask if my partner wanted to drive the vehicle as well, and we really appreciated that. After the test drive unfortunately the Sales Manager, Justin, and I could not agree on numbers to put a deal together. We left and that night I realized this was the first vehicle I could not stop thinking about. Monday morning I got back in touch with Justin, we re-worked the numbers, and put a deal together. My experience at Mohawk Honda was like no other. There was never any pressure, just friendly service. Not one person dropped the ball. I’m in love with my new Jeep and I highly recommend checking out Mohawk Honda for your next vehicle. This dealership has it together. And make sure you ask for Leslie Gomez! More

They offered a fair price on our used car (also purchased at Mohawk), and we worked out a fair price for a year end new vehicle that was satisfactory to both the dealership and us. Sales was thorough with the test drive and description of features, financing through Honda was equal to our credit union's rate, delivery was quicker than expected with a detailed walk through of the electronics and options. Any minor issues were quickly resolved and we took possession of our new vehicle within 48 hours of pulling the trigger. Overall good experience without drama. More
