The majority of the salespeople are very young but they are really good at what they do & from what I observed they all have great personalities. We bought are car on a Saturday, the place was packed but we were taken care of quickly. They had entertainment (guitarist/singer) and they had refreshments and coffee. Junior was our salesperson and he was wonderful. He was a wealth of knowledge and he was honest and kind-hearted. We were never made to feel like we had to buy a car that day (even though we wanted to) BUT we felt they were willing to work within our budget and get us in the car we could afford and the car we liked. We will definitely go back to Mohawk for our future car needs. More

When you first walk in they seem friendly and nice, but they are even sleaz Don't trust these snakes! I would give this place 0 stars if I could! When you first walk in they seem friendly and nice, but they are even sleazier than any other car dealership. I went in to test drive a car I saw on a brand new posting on carfax- it didn't even have pictures up yet! The car I test drove was listed nearly $1,500 above the highest fair price value according to Kelley Blue Book. When I negotiated the price down to be in the fair range, I asked to put a deposit down on the vehicle and was told that they do not accept deposits - I would have to accept the deal at that moment. The sales person told me that the car hadn't even been through their inspection or detailed and he said to wait to agree to the sale until the inspection. He also informed me it would happen the very next day and I would be provided the results. I followed up with this dealership the next day and the day after that - being told each time the inspection wasn't done yet but they would let me know soon. On the third day I got a call from sales person Thomas, you can imagine my surprise when instead of hearing the results of the inspection, Thomas stated the car was sold to someone else and that sale happened that very morning! Thomas tried to swindle me into another car- one that was priced much higher and offered no recompense. I continued my car search elsewhere noting that even a week after the Mohawk Honda car was supposedly "sold" Mohawk Honda was updating the carfax post for that vehicle I looked at- adding pictures and a new description! Clearly the car was not already "sold" or else they won't be advertising it! When I confronted the dealership on this matter, they ignored my messages. Then a week after that, I was contacted by Thomas again who said the deal with the other buyer "just fell through that morning" and they were willing to sell me the car again. You better believe I didn't take them up on their offer! They clearly didn't want my business and they won't be getting a cent of my money! Save your time and go to any of the Carbone dealerships instead. They have fair pricing and honest sales people who don't discriminate against women. I got the same make, model, and mileage car I was looking at for more than $2,000 cheaper from Carbone without the hassle and lies! More

I thought the salesman, MJ Nicholas, was great! He was very helpful and accommodating to my wants and needs. He was easy to contact and answered all of my questions. He was also smart and super friendly! I love the fact that he took care of my previous lease with Ford, and returned it back to the Ford dealership for me! That saved me a trip, and time! Much appreciated! I was a little bothered by the wait (the day I picked up my car) which was about 2 hours with an apt, but MJ apologized and a few days later MJ offered me 2 free oil changes because of it. There seemed to be a mess up with my file with the finance manager because he had me in for the next day (which was when I was supposed to come, until MJ told me I could leave my ford at Mohawk, which we then decided I would come April 1st and not April 2nd). Nonetheless, I love my new car and I would reccomend this dealership, as well as MJ! More
