Our experience at the dealership was good. First evening we were there, our salesman was helpful and knowledgeable about the vehicle we were looking at. The dealership was very clean and everyone we were in contact with were very nice and polite. My husband is an extremely picky person, he didn’t want anyone removing any stickers or cleaning or washing t contact with were very nice and polite. Derek was super abiding and very courteous of my husbands requests. That was super helpful for that could be a make or break deal in my husbands eyes. Derek’s daughter has a RAV4, like the model I just bought. When he was showing us the vehicle, I had some questions that he could reference his daughters experiences. That was very helpful and good to know info. We are not from Iowa and Brandon was good at the requests of my husband. He was very informative when we had question about businesses or restaurants. He even looked up directions for us. That was nice. The gentleman that gave me a button and gauge tutorial (I apologize I can’t remember his name, I think his name was Justin) He was very nice and patient. Not ever having the new modern gadgets vehicles have today, I knew nothing about what they do or how they worked. He was very patient and explained things in a way that was understandable. He also told me where you could go to find out more information about it. That was extremely helpful. When I was waiting at my truck for husband to return from a test drive, two of your employees came over to me to ask if I have been helped, that was nice! Overall we had a great experience. Most of all I love my new Rav 4 Thank you Joyce One question: I went to install the cargo net and I didn’t see any hooks to hang the net on. Looked on line and it just said “install provided hardware” I looked elsewhere in the vehicle but failed at finding any. Could you please give a heads up on where they may be? Thank you More
