I bought a 2020 Ford F-150 from this dealership in November of 2021 and could not be more disappointed. The deal started with a deceptive online price and continued to get worse. They agreed to honor November of 2021 and could not be more disappointed. The deal started with a deceptive online price and continued to get worse. They agreed to honor the online price if I had a trade and financed the truck through them. There was a $899.00 dealer fee which I typically don’t pay but needed a truck so I agreed to pay it. I then signed a purchase agreement to buy the vehicle. This is where things get very shady however. My salesman, Christo sent the deal over to sales manager,Tyler Anghel to approve the deal,which he did. Anghel said he was taking the deal to the finance office to complete the deal. The deal magically changed from the sales office to the finance office, and not in a good way for me. In addition to the $899.00 dealer fee numerous other fees were added to the deal. None of these fees were approved by me. I told my finance person Justin I was not interested in extended warranties or any other extras. I had broke my reader glasses at the sales office and signed all the paperwork, thinking it was the original deal I approved. Boy was I wrong! The dealership had stacked on over $3000.00 in extras that I did not approve of. My accountant caught this when I sent her the final deal. I had taken a screenshot of the original purchase agreement and she pointed out this was a very different deal. I have been trying for almost two months to get this resolved with no results. Everyone from the salesman to the finance manager and general manager deny any wrongdoing. I call this fraud. In addition I was promised another key for a used truck with thirty miles on it when I bought it and still have not been provided with that key. I guess you would call that icing on this very rancid cake! Buyers beware the is a very deceptive dealership, just read some of their other glowing reviews. If I don’t get results soon I am contacting Coconut Creek police and the Broward States Attorney office. John Szabo More

Found a nice relatively low mile Lexus GX for sale on their website, I called and inquired about it with a used car salesmen name Diego I believe was his name. Diego told me there was absolutely nothing their website, I called and inquired about it with a used car salesmen name Diego I believe was his name. Diego told me there was absolutely nothing wrong with it, that a 161 multi point inspection had been done. So I told him I’d fly down from iowa to come possibly buy it. After spending 500$ on two flights to come look at it immediately on the test drove things were apparently wrong with it. The drivers mirror folded oppositely the wrong way with a loud cracking noise, there was obvious pulsating in the break pedal due to warped rotors, the tires were miss matched which is bad for the transfer case in these Lexus’s and the valve cover gaskets were leaking. I am a technician who was easily able to identify these problems. I then had to fight with the salesman and finance person along with a manger (Brian I believe) who went back in forth with me pressuring me to finance through them after backing out on their agreement to allow for a wire transfer. I finally got them down to a realistic and agreeable price after they kept trying to get me to overpay Overall a terrible experience and I won’t be coming back More

The reason I am giving this a two star review is simply because the unprofessionalism I received at the service center and the fact that they altered my review. Black Friday I purchased a 2019 Chevy Malibu because the unprofessionalism I received at the service center and the fact that they altered my review. Black Friday I purchased a 2019 Chevy Malibu and the sale person, Keith was excellent in every way and also the financial representative, Justin. I have no issues with the sales or finance department. My frustration lies with the service department. On Friday, December 3, I was told I could be my car in to have the sensor changed. Keep in mind, that I had called a week prior to confirm my time and to make sure they had the parts. I was told to come in a week later. I dropped my car off early Friday and they had no clue that I was coming, I showed the service tech that I had talked to them about coming in today. After waiting for 15 minutes I finally had someone take my car and was then notified that they would call me when it was ready to be picked up. Fast forward to later that evening I have received no calls from them and every time I called it went to voicemail. I ended having to go to the dealer ship to see what the issue was. When I got there, I was shocked at the service I received. What the service department did was, give my car keys to a sale person at the Malibu side and told him about not having the part. What they should have done was give me a call stating that they didn’t have the part and my car could be picked up. Instead they parked my car in the back, which I later discovered ants on the rear end of my car from being left in the back near the trees, and handed the keys to someone not in their department. I was able to have my car located with the sale person, Keith, Who went out of his way to drive me around in the golf cart to find my car. My issues is that I live in Miami and I am also a first responder, I had to take time off so that they could take care of my issue, believing that they should have ordered the part needed when I told them initially and to have the common courtesy to notify me of any issues. Now I have to wait for them to receive the part and take additional time off of work to get what could have been a simple, resolved. I am disappointed in the service I receive and its a shame, especially when I received great service from the sales and finance department. More
