I would say my experience at the dealership was fine but I do have my fair share of complaints. #1.) it’s been 16 days since I traded in my vehicle and it is still not paid off. I bought a truck there. It was not like every other dealer once you buy your forgotten. I had some minor issues with the truck they took care of me immediately. Unfortunately, I had a very bad experience at this dealership, if it wasn't for Chad's honesty & integrity, and first and foremost for God, I would have not purchased the car. Please be sure you get everything in writing before you make a deal with anyone at this dealership. We shook on a deal and when I came back the next day with the check they changed it all on me and tried to obviously shake me down for more $$$. It made the whole process of purchasing a car at this dealership feel like a dirty deal and filled with lie after lie. After going back and forth for 4 days until the car was finally purchased I am ready to go to finance to sign the paper and the finance manager did not even make contact with me. When I was going over the paperwork and reading through the pages I was supposed to sign he said "you're supposed to be signing not flipping (the pages)" I kindly reminded him of the importance of reading things before you sign them. Pray and have patience when you walk into this dealership! I wish them nothing but the best and hope that one day they stop playing all of these dirty tricks to get $$$ of people. More
