After having that car totaled, I knew I wanted to come back to Honda because they were willing to work with me and my situation. We asked for on-line quotes from Honda.com, that was disappointing results, We then had phone calls and emails that got us to the ballpark of pricing. Finally we took stock of where we were and worked with Forest Dickerson again, along with support from Andy Goodyear and Justin Wiley. All in all, we had smiles through most of this final process and no bad feelings. We believe that we were dealt with honestly and courteously. More
