Unprofessional service there was multiple lies told by seller motor had a ticking noise on cold start so they warmed before showing me and then rushed into purchase a agreement I called and talked to ma seller motor had a ticking noise on cold start so they warmed before showing me and then rushed into purchase a agreement I called and talked to management the next morning they said what do you expect with a used vehicle i aslo asked about the paint touch up that comes with used cars they sent me to a voicemail every time i called and i left a voicemail they lie and steal I would recommend you stay as far away from Burlington iowas shottenkirk and take your business to a credible company. My experience at Shottenkirk West Burlington was AMAZING! ! I had a vehicle picked out but that didn't workout with what I wanted to spend, but they made sure that I got what I wanted in a vehicle! Low miles ! I had a vehicle picked out but that didn't workout with what I wanted to spend, but they made sure that I got what I wanted in a vehicle! Low miles and leather seats were the two main things I needed in a vehicle and I got much more then that in the one that I drove away with that day!! Thank you again Shottenkirk of West Burlington! As always with Shottenkirk- a 5 Star performance. Made appointment to get recalls done, parts were on time, dropped truck off & received a call from them it was done, quicker than I expected. Even ca Made appointment to get recalls done, parts were on time, dropped truck off & received a call from them it was done, quicker than I expected. Even called before my appt date & asked to get an oil change & inspection included with the recalls, no problem. You always get a record of your service & what was found & what is recommended. You can then decide for yourself if you want to do it or have them do it. Doesn't get much easier than this. More
