I have purchased 4 new vehicles over the last 9 years through Shottenkirk. I have traded each vehicle back to Shottenkirk and stayed loyal to their service department for maintenance because of my purcha through Shottenkirk. The brand new Kia I just purchased had 4 bad tires. Within 5 days all 4 tires were replaced and the situation was handled with patience and grace.
