Kayden Harrison is an excellent customer service representative for Toyota. He greeted me outside as I drove up and was courteous and helpful while I was there. The advisor is very nice and helpful. The service was very fast, didn’t have to wait for a long time. I would recommend Royal Moore. Actually I didn’t buy my Rav 4 at Royal Moore but The service was very fast, didn’t have to wait for a long time. I would recommend Royal Moore. I showed up for an oil & filter change service and a multipoint inspection to make sure my 2016 Camry was doing well. Kadin, my service advisor, greeted me promptly and helped facilitate the service. He was professional and communicative during the entire process. Only took about 30-40 minutes. Great experience. Will use Royal Moore Toyota, and Kadin again for future services and needs. More
