My wife took her 2019 Highlander in for an oil change,23715 miles. The service tech Eduardo Aguilar Contreras tried to sell her 1200.00 worth of work,which he reduced to 600.00. She put me on the change,23715 miles. The service tech Eduardo Aguilar Contreras tried to sell her 1200.00 worth of work,which he reduced to 600.00. She put me on the phone with him and he explained it should have a brake flush and fuel line flush, I told him NO!! Only do the oil change and he said OK. When she got home she gave me the bill for 329.80. They put in additives (gas and oil) that we did not need and a 4 wheel alignment. I specifically told him "oil change only". I've heard of women getting screwed at dealerships but this is the first time it happened to us. You guys have always treated us well in the past, but you have a thief among your crew. I can no longer recommend you to my friends and family if this is how you treat your customers Please check invoice #430896 More
