My wife and I were in the market for a used SUV of some sort and went to other dealers that made me feel uncomfortable. Laura Kaleas was the sales person on my first purchase back in 2013. I reached out and got the ball rolling. Laura is a wonderful person with great knowledge on all aspects of vehicles. We had discussion on Saturday (budget) which lead to the purchase of our "new used" 2013 Honda pilot. Not once did I feel uncomfortable or pushed. I want to thank Aaron Harmon and Karen Hardrath for helping in the overall experience. April and I both love our first Honda Pilot. Thanks again Laura!!! More

I called Phil personally on a Tuesday just to see what our numbers would come out at to trade in our CRV lease about a year early. I was not at all expecting to be able to afford anything he came back with. Wednesday morning I received a call from Scott with extremely reasonable numbers. We went in Friday, just to test drive the Pilot, and we ended up driving away in it! Scott was wonderful to communicate with over the phone and via email. He was very upfront about previous commitments he had with his family. When we arrived, Syed stepped in to give us some personal experiences with the Pilot and then Renee stepped in for Syed when he left to go to his kids' sporting events. It was all so seamless and all 3 sales employees were extremely helpful. Renee was top notch! She stepped in, was very honest, gave us her own tips and experiences with the pilot and was not at all pushy. We felt very comfortable talking with her openly and trusted her advice. Phil as always was amazing. He is so easy to work with and treats you like you are family. Karen and Josh worked as a great team in finance. We were in and out quickly and painlessly. It's always a pleasure to work with Karen. We purchased accessories that night, which were ordered Saturday and installed on Tuesday. Luis was thorough and made sure things were done properly, even with a full house at 7am. So, one unexpecting phone call on a Tuesday and a week later we have a fully suited 2018 Honda Pilot that we love! Thank you :) More

Awesome Car Purchasing Experience Two weeks ago I decided to start looking for another Certified Pre-Owned vehicle. This time however I decided to stray from a GM product as I had hea Two weeks ago I decided to start looking for another Certified Pre-Owned vehicle. This time however I decided to stray from a GM product as I had heard excellent feedback (and from my own research) about the Honda CR-V. I was pleasantly surprised when I pulled into the lot of Wilde East Towne Honda - no sales person came running out the door to "help" me. I had sufficient time to walk the lanes of used and new vehicles and as I headed toward the front door MIKEL came out to greet me. He asked questions as to what I was interested in from make/model, color/extras and my likes/dislikes and then proceeded to LISTEN to me. After test drives I decided the CR-V was the model I wanted but the one I test drove wasn't quite the one I liked. MIKEL showed me a blue CR-V which was not yet Certified as it had just come in but it would be ready in a few days for a test drive. MIKEL called the next day advising it was ready! (Kudos to the Service Dept/Technicians.) The whole process of trading my vehicle in, financing the CR-V and all else involved was so easy. MIKEL, CHAD and KAREN were ready to help me in any way possible to make this car buying experience as stress free and enjoyable as they could. I drove off the lot with a car that I love. I had to take an unexpected road trip up north last week and I absolutely love the way the Honda CR-V handles and how comfortable it is. Why did I wait so long to discover Wilde East Towne Honda and the CR-V? THANK YOU MIKEL and CHAD! More

Leticia sat with us understood our budget and worked very hard in finding us the perfect car that matched our budget and taste. She let us test drive as many cars as we wanted to , she never once put pressure on us to buy a certain car. We ended up leasing a Honda civic 2018 we fell in love with the second we stepped in the car. We needed a car fast and Leticia went out of her way to provide us the best customer service as possible. Far as the financial part, Karen was amazing she helped us with our budget and found the best monthly payment plan for us , she worked very hard to make this possible. This reflects on how professional the entire team at Wilde Honda East is and we are very appreciative of this. This is is not a typical dealership that only cares to sell, they care about customer service first. I highly recommend anyone looking for a car to go to Wilde Honda East . A process but the team came through in the end! I started the car buying experience through TrueCar. It hooked me up with Kenn and he was great in guiding me through the process. He was knowledgeable about vehicles, honest in pricing, and easy to talk with. He was patient with me in my many calls, texts, and emails and even came in on his day off to help me with my purchase! When I had made my decision they did a great job arranging the car for me but there was some miscommunication with the financing department. The night I came to purchase, the financing was not ready (because I changed the terms at the last minute) and I had already sold my previous car privately. Instead of leaving me without a car, they allowed me to take the car I intended to buy as a loner for two days! When I returned, there was still some miscommunication about the lender I intended to use and the amount I was able to pay down on my credit card. Instead of the sale falling through however, they fixed the loan terms, allowed me to put way more down on the credit card than I should have, and gave me an additional discount on an extended warranty for the trouble. The miscommunication was likely due to my inexperience with car buying and they made sure to both help me understand things better and to make it so my misunderstanding didn't hurt me in the end. More
