Because it was so smooth and our overall experience was wonderful we went back in May of 2016 for a 2nd vehicle. I wish that I could say this experience was as wonderful as the first. Laura and the gal we worked with for financing, Karen were top notch and wonderful. However, the vehicle we purchased has been basically a lemon since day one. Because it was a used vehicle the Wisconsin Lemon Laws are not applicable. This vehicle has been in for repairs for the same issue a minimum of 5 times since we purchased it 3 months ago. The ONLY reason there was almost a month between "visits" was because we were gone for 2 weeks and the car sat and was not driven. Our first clue to run the other direction from this vehicle should have been on our test drive. However, we trusted that they fixed the issue. I will be the first to say that if we received one of these emails to fill out on the actual "service department fixing" our vehicle I would not be able to rate it positive at all. I can NOT express enough that Laura, Karen and Elisha L.(who is the service rep) have been wonderful to work with. More

Mikel, the sales rep, actually encouraged me to leave to test drive other models because he was more interested in me finding the right car instead of buying that car right then from him. When I realized that car was the right car for me, I called Mikel on the phone and setup an appointment with him the next day. They gave me a very fair price for my trade and I am very satisfied with the experience. More

He helped me narrow down what I wanted vs. what I needed in a mini-van. Then he applied no pressure in the sale other than asking me reasonable questions about what would make the sale happen. Had a fantastic experience and would go back and recommend Samir highly! And I was also on a bit of time crunch when making the final purchase and both Samir and Karen did there absolute best to get everything done efficiently and thoroughly but also extremely fast!
