When I picked up my New Lexus, I was Celebrated and Welcomed into the Lexus Family in such Heartwarming and Memorable Way:)!! My Lexus was wrapped in a satin red tarp with a large red bow on the top, and several employees were gathered around ringing bells to celebrate and welcome me to the family:)!! Once the red tarp was removed, and I saw my New Copper Crest Lexus, I felt Happy, Excited, and Proud to be the New Owner of a Lexus NX350h:)!! WOW… That was truly a Heartfelt experience that I will Never forget:)!!! I truly feel like a member of the Lexus family:)!! Kari, our sales representative, was outstanding. She was a joy to work with. We explained what we did and did not want in our potential new SUV. Kari, listened attentively and looked up the inventor She was a joy to work with. We explained what we did and did not want in our potential new SUV. Veronica, the Finance Manager, we worked with was very knowledgeable and explained all our options very clearly. Veronica was a pleasure to work with. Justin, not sure his title but I’d call him the tech genius. He went through all the fancy technology and made sure we knew how to access and use. He was a joy to work with. The day we picked up our SUV was very fun. Kari took us to the pick up area in the garage. Our vehicle was covered up with a black cloth and several sales people were there and clapped when we came to see our new vehicle. They took pictures as they unveiled it - this was very cool.
