Took my 2024 TRD PRO for regular 10,000 mile maintenance pointed out to service advisor that the tire pressure needs attention and needed to top off the pressures. Lately, the service has been mediocre. Went to check the proble with my TPMS and the girl was just like it's broken, 165.00 to do the diagnostic and change the broken piece. Then I went for an oil change and tire rotation. I was told I would pay 88.00 plus tax. When I checked out, it was a total of 108. And some change. What in the world! The live young man, told me it was because of the extra materials they used for everything. I'm not against paying for it but I was told 88.00 plus tax. I didn't know toyota had hidden fees. I was so upset, I left. Once I got in the car the maintenance required soon message came up. Also, no MPI was done at all. Ugh! More

I had a 68,000 mile service done on my Highlander. I noticed the next day that the bottom trim of my right side drivers door near the mud flap had come loose.
