Stopped by the lot just to compare new RAV4 to previous generation. Baseer arranged test drives on a new 2026 and a used 2024. He pointed things out, but never pressured or pushed. He remained friendly and easy to work with, and I ended up buying the used 2024 after a little negotiating. Coming to an agreement on the price wasn't overly complicated and I feel like it was a fair deal. I'll definitely come back when it's time to get another car. More

Went in looking to put a deposit for a car that was in transit and Alejandro ended up making me a deal on a car that was on the lot. Gave me exactly what I wanted on my trade in. Since I wasn’t expecting to drive home a new car that day, Alejandro drove to my home the next day to Keizer (an hour away) to pick up a check for the down payment and my trade in spare key.
