One of the nicest and most professional dealerships I have ever been too in a long time. Employees were very friendly and helpful and helped me with everything I needed and more. You know the dealershi have ever been too in a long time. Employees were very friendly and helpful and helped me with everything I needed and more. You know the dealership is good when you look forward to the next time you service one of your vehicles or if you are looking at new vehicles the employees are super helpful but they don't hover over you like other dealerships. Katherine Stern is a true rock star. I shopped every Mercedes-Benz dealership in the greater Houston area and chose Mercedes-Benz of the Woodlands solely on Katherine's very impressive I shopped every Mercedes-Benz dealership in the greater Houston area and chose Mercedes-Benz of the Woodlands solely on Katherine's very impressive reviews on dealerrater.com. I left a voice mail for her to express my interest and received a very prompt call back. Based on our conversation I knew the reviews were true and that Katherine was only rep I wanted to deal with. I hung up the phone and immediately drove almost an hour to see her - despite living two blocks from a different Mercedes dealership. The drive was definitely worth it! Katherine did an amazing job showing me all of the features of the 2023 GLE 350 and closing the deal with her was an excellent experience. Paula Alpha in the finance dept. was also a pleasure to deal with. I am thrilled to be the proud owner of a new Mercedes-Benz and thankful to have Katherine Stern as my Mercedes Superstar. Katherine goes the extra mile to ensure customer satisfaction and she's definitely worth the drive to The Woodlands. Thank you Katherine!!! More
