While compensating the dealership for the services rendered, I inquired about a complementary replacement key for my Lexus GS460. The service assistant replied that she didn’t know anything about this rendered, I inquired about a complementary replacement key for my Lexus GS460. The service assistant replied that she didn’t know anything about this. I paused for a moment to see if she would consult with a more seasoned customer service agent or a manager to ask for assistance with my request. She proceeded to collect the service fee without any further comment on my inquiry. I got the impression that satisfying the customer was not a priority for her. As a loyal customer of the Lexus brand to say I was disappointed would be a gross misrepresentation of the facts. I’m loyal to Lexus for two very important reasons: 1. Service after the sale 2. Product reliability. I’m in the market for an upgrade to my 2020 GS460. The Mercedes Benz GLS450 is looking more and more attractive. More

Did not reinstall fasteners under hood. When called out. they replaced them but then said they were not there when the car came in. My photo proved I was right.
