As soon as I drove up to the service door K Just a note to advise how pleased I was with the service provided by Adam Bistodeau and Kathy Heitzinger. As soon as I drove up to the service door Kathy greeted me with a smile and made sure I was directed to the service desk to get checked in. Adam came to the customer lounge to walk me through the work provided by your service tech's. When I inquired about the Sonar Light displayed on the dash, he quickly suggested that we walk to the car so he could get a better idea of the issue I was having. After seeing what was troubling me he said he would take the vehicle back to service and see what could be done to remedy the problem. Result was ------- driver not knowing how to read the indicator.. Great service and outstanding service staff/ More

Scheduled oil change I scheduled a oil and filter change for my Kia Sportage and I had noticed that my wiper blades were bad and the service techs were nice and offered to I scheduled a oil and filter change for my Kia Sportage and I had noticed that my wiper blades were bad and the service techs were nice and offered to replace the blades. They were quick at changing the oil and filter on my Kia and I tried the wipers and it was perfect! I even had my truck washed. So Awesome! Thank you everyone! Good Service and nice waiting area, but the check-out procedures could be faster and more efficient. This time I waited 10 minutes to pay and then no once could find my car! Car was supposed to be out front awaiting me, but wasn't -- I had to go back out to the service area, find someone to look for my car, which was finally found and driven out front. More
