I have been disappointed with my last 2 visits to have my car serviced at this dealership. It’s almost as if the focus is on quantity rather than the quality of service. Things that I specifically asked to b car serviced at this dealership. It’s almost as if the focus is on quantity rather than the quality of service. Things that I specifically asked to be checked out were not, and the last service trip resulted in missing caps off of 2 of my tires. Seems like lately they are not as attentive to detail as the service has been in the past 20 plus years I have been having my vehicle serviced here. More

I went for an oil change and the 15 point inspection; when they finished, the rep. Costa told me that everything on the 15 point check was fine and I was good to go to find later in the day that they had when they finished, the rep.
