I have three Ford vehicles. I took in the Explorer for an oil change and coolant flush. I showed up just as they were closing to drop it off for a few days. Everyone ignored me I took in the Explorer for an oil change and coolant flush. I showed up just as they were closing to drop it off for a few days. Everyone ignored me as I stood there. (Not even a “hey we’re closed drop the keys in the box and fill out the slip”) so that was disappointing. A few days later I picked up the explorer and asked for an estimate for front u-joint on my F-250. I also scheduled an oil change with Fuel Filters on my F-350. They said they couldn’t squeeze in the fuel filters this round which was fine. I never received the estimate for the F-250 u joints. I brought in my F-350 for an oil change, got there and they said they couldn’t do the tire rotation since it is a dually. (They took the vin right away when I scheduled the oil change so they knew it was a dually) I asked why not and they said that i would need to do that with the truck center and he looked across the garage to the other guy at the desk across the way. Annoyed I left to finish the rest of my day. 30 minutes goes by and the dealer calls me, asking if I wanted the fuel filters done. I said yea, but they said they couldn’t get them done in time. He said he would call me back if they could fit them in. I never heard back, just that the truck was done a few hours later. Fuel filters were not changed. Across the 2 vehicles that got in for service the updates from the dealer were kinda cryptic and didn’t make much sense. Overall very meh. More
