My only wish was that the sales department was as excellent! I purchased my car elsewhere because of the unprofessional and indifferent performance which was displayed during our test drive and subsequent pre-purchase experience. Excellent service experience I would like to express my satisfaction with me recent service visit to Rallye Motors- Mercedes Benz. I scheduled an appointment online which was sea I would like to express my satisfaction with me recent service visit to Rallye Motors- Mercedes Benz. I scheduled an appointment online which was seamless. Within minutes I got a call to confirm my appointment & loaner vehicle. Upon arrival to the dealer the following day, I was greeted promptly by valet and the wait time to see Katie was minimal. I presented a service coupon to her & I explained to her what my vehicle needed and it was taken care of in a straight forward & professional matter. Within minutes I was given the loaner & off I was. The service was completed earlier than expected & I got a call later in the day stating that the vehicle was ready. I usually keep my car in great condition service wise & I was not presented with expensive, unneeded upsell work compared with other dealers in the area I have been to that try to upsell services to you that the car does not need.
