i’ve been bombarded with calls, texts, and emails requesting i review my recent experience. my jeep was purchased from a dealer in another state. as a new vehicle, it came with free oil changes. w requesting i review my recent experience. my jeep was purchased from a dealer in another state. as a new vehicle, it came with free oil changes. when i inquired about making an appointment with this dealership in order to take advantage of this perk in spring of 2022, i was informed that the oil changes could only be honored at the dealership where the jeep was purchased. i went to another dealership that informed me that that was incorrect, that any jeep dealership could have honored that package, as they get reimbursed by mopar. i’ve since used all of those oil changes and have gone on to purchase the mopar oil change packages. i requested an appointment at this dealership only because i needed to get my state inspection done prior to the end of the month and the dealership i’ve used previously could not fit me in before month’s end. during that initial call to books my appointment, i expressed that i had previously purchased an oil change package from mopar, and would be using one of those along with booking the appt for the inspection. i was told i was out of oil changes. it took two people on that call, along with my verbal run down of the date i purchases the package and the subsequent dates i used changes 1 & 2 before they could “verify” that i had one remaining. drop off was smooth, and i followed the directions i was given via phone. text correspondence was exchanged when vehicle was finished and ready for pickup. it was that correspondence when i was told my total included the oil change price. further correspondence (upon me stating i had the package deal leftover) stated that that couldn’t be seen. it was “found” and it was honored, so i do appreciate that. upon picking up the vehicle, the precious inspection sticker was taken off with the residue still on the windshield, but the new sticker is in a different place. not a huge deal, but an inconvenience for me to have to further scrape off the sticky residue. more importantly, it is confusing to me as to why i have to be adamant about the oil change package in order for it to magically show up. i’m unsure if that’s intentional, and i would hope not, but it had been a constant inconvenience in order for it to show up and be reflected on my account. More

The service department is horrible. First I called never got a return phone call. Then I went in to schedule my recall oil change and state inspection. He said the product would be in in a week, but would not schedule an appointment. Two weeks later called. A girl said she would look into it and get back to me. Now it’s been 3 1/2 weeks no response. Left another message. No response. Plan on going in next week to try to schedule an appointment. We will see. Looking for another dealership . More
