Katie took customer service to a whole new level. She becomes like family and treats you as such, all while working to get you the best deal. If you need anything, she will work her hardest to try at least to make it happen. BMW Galleria gets an OUTSTANDING from our family here in Texas. If I could rate Billy with 10 stars, I would. I have never had any service advisor more organized and helpful than Billy Herbert. The service center is the area that customers have the most interaction with after purchase, so this is extremely important to me and Billy always comes through and has never let us down!
