The dealer gave me a hand-full of free oil changes when I purchased the vehicle. Every time it takes them over an hour to do a simple oil change. The last time I went, they disassembled the undercarriage ski purchased the vehicle. Every time it takes them over an hour to do a simple oil change. Cost me $12 in bolts that were missing, but I won't be going back for the rest of my 'free' oil changes. Kaua is the only bright spot at the service department. More

The check out process for basic vehicle service requires you to work with the tech that checked you in. More often than not you have to stand around like a dummy waiting for the tech in order to get your ca you to work with the tech that checked you in. I really appreciated their honesty when they thought our vehicle had a transmission leak but found out it was probably not a leak, they didn’t charge us for the test even though we authorized it.
