I came in for an oil change and decided to have my car aligned as well. It took 3 hours and 1 of those hours my car was just sitting in the parking lot. This is the first time this has happened but I wasn aligned as well. It took 3 hours and 1 of those hours my car was just sitting in the parking lot. This is the first time this has happened but I wasn't happy about. After 2 hrs, and noticing my car had been sitting there for at least 30-45 minutes, I went in to ask a why my car was sitting in the parking lot and to see if the alignment had been done, I was told it would take 15 min. It took an additional 45-60 min. Not the best experience this time. I'm not sure what the hiccup was. More

I wanted to get a second opinion by contacting my very trusted mechanic and he was concerned that the dealership was charging $1000 for something that he could have helped with under $600. If dealership wants a sustainable business, don't over charge. It's a very simple concept. Keep the business as a "1 stop" shop not chase your customers away to somewhere else. More
