Somehow, when Jordan contacted me about our needs, it immediately felt like we weren’t talking about buying or selling c good about, at least for me. His enthusiasm and engagement paired with his knowledge of cars and people skills made this purchase easy and smooth - something I was neevous about from the beginning. Keagan, our financial partner, went above and beyond as well. He not only explained every option Ferguson offers - after hours - but also gave us the detailed information we needed to make a decision we felt good about. It’s one thing to buy a car you feel good about; buying a car with people supporting you in that decision while removing pressures and concerns is hard to find. His professionalism regarding details and consideration of our time and concerns really impressed myself and my wife.
