In the end we got great service but I really wish they had listened to my husband who had gotten a state of the art scanner and purchased the VW add on. He had all the print outs and was willing to show the service department. They simply said we will do our own ok but it took the fourth visit for service to find what we had printed out the first time we visited the service department. But it was handled many after many miles off my warranty as we don't live in Duluth. The car is great and everything else with VW of Duluth has been great. Marcus has been amazing to work with. Keegan has been very accommodating. More

I did not have an opportunity to work with Chris Johnston. But Keenan and Jake were awesome! They were not pushy with making a sale. We wanted to make sure we covered all of our bases and left to go to other dealerships and talks and decided to go back to VW to do business with Keenan and Jake. They did amazing. The experience was stressful in anyway. We told them what we were looking for and every car we looked at was what we were looking for, our family. I don’t have a bad thing to say, and we appreciated all the help that they gave. It ultimately sent us home with a pre-owned vehicle for our family, which we love. More
