My husband and I brought our cars in for service on the 23rd and 24th of February. We were both treated politely, professionally and our cars were done on time, as promised, and returned washed and ready t 23rd and 24th of February. We came to Rallye Acura all the way from Westchester county to see and purchase a used Acura RSX. The sales person was very helpful in guiding us through our purchase, as were all the other people invol county to see and purchase a used Acura RSX. The sales person was very helpful in guiding us through our purchase, as were all the other people involved, the business manager, finance manager and service advisor.All our questions and concerns were answered and addressed.The dealership itself was lovely and it was a pleasure to be there while waiting for paperwork or car service. I showed up just to have my 2004 Acura RL checked over, and a NY State Inspection performed. I showed up to the dealership without an appointment, and was pleasantly surprised to find out that my vehicle and a NY State Inspection performed. I showed up to the dealership without an appointment, and was pleasantly surprised to find out that my vehicle would be taken care of while I waited. They have a lovely dealership, and the waiting area was outstanding, including the iPads that my children enjoyed playing on while we waited. Imagine my surprise when my vehicle was done, and the Multipoint Inspection showed that everything was good, and nothing additional was needed. They even washed my car ! More

My starter motor on my one-year old 2011 Acura RDX was starting to fail. Rallye was very flexible about scheduling the appointment and worked with my schedule. They changed the starter motor and there was starting to fail. Rallye was very flexible about scheduling the appointment and worked with my schedule. They changed the starter motor and there was no charge to me since it was a warranty repair. Also, my alarm lock beeper had also stopped working and they replaced that, also for no charge. They gave me a loaner car (at my request) even though it wasn't technically within their standard procedures. Keeyoung Moon was our service rep and he was consistently friendly, professional, helpful, and efficient. More

My husband and I have been bringing my RDX to Rallye for a little over 4 years now for scheduled oil changes, tire rotation, NYS inspections. Every visit has been dealt with in a friendly and knowledgeable a little over 4 years now for scheduled oil changes, tire rotation, NYS inspections. Every visit has been dealt with in a friendly and knowledgeable manner resulting in a truly satisfied customer. Chad always makes you feel as though you were their only customer. I just made a appointment to bring my car in for new brakes after almost 54,000 miles and I can actually say I am looking forward to the visit. More

I been going to this dealer for sometime now and they are great. Mr. Moon was excellent. He always take care of my needs and I would highly recommend anyone to go to this dealer and see Mr. Moon. This was a visit for a tire patch or replacement due to a nail. I was pleasantly surprised when Moon advised me the tire could be patched, saving me hundreds of dollars.
