I have always had very favorable experiences servicing both my TL and MDX at this dealership over the past seven years. The staff is courteous, knowledgeable, and forthright. Wait times are generally br both my TL and MDX at this dealership over the past seven years. The staff is courteous, knowledgeable, and forthright. Wait times are generally brief and comfortable in the showroom, which has amenities such as wireless internet access and coffee and snacks. For longer services, excellent loaner cars are available. I would say that this dealer's outstanding service is one reason that I would highly recommend an Acura to any new car buyer. It is certainly one factor in my decision-making regarding my own new car purchases. More

By far the best Acura Dealership i have gotten my car serviced at. I walked in for a oil change without any notice or appt. Was done in under 45min. The Rallye Acura team is professional, friendly and they have provided me excellent service. I’ve visited Rallye couple time for sales and services. This time I brought my RDX for maintenance service. Th have provided me excellent service. I’ve visited Rallye couple time for sales and services. This time I brought my RDX for maintenance service. The technician greets me and park the car for me when I arrived at Rallye 7:30 in the morning. The service advisor, Keeyoung Moon, was very professional and friendly. The service team has addressed all the issues in timely manner. They also provide great communication and giving me the service status. I would highly recommend Rally for sales and service on your Acura vehicle. More

I've been coming here since I purchased my car in 2007. The service here is superb. This visit pertained to a chip on my wind shield. I was given a 7:30 appointment. After they viewed the damage, they said they couldn't get anyone to fix it until 9:30 and immediately offered a loaner without me asking for one. This was perfect. I happened to be out sick and the last thing I needed was to stay in a waiting area for so many hours or drive back and forth on such a rainy day. They called when it was ready and pick up was quick and easy and I got a clean car to boot. Two years ago, my car was honking non stop through the night. The only way it stopped was by keeping the engine running. I brought the car in the next morning. They took me right away and had to keep the car for a few days. Turned out the rug I kept in the trunk of my mdx was getting stuck in the closing mechanism. A simply fix. They didn't charge me a cent! Now that's service! I honestly don't know if the prices are comparable since I only take my car to Rallye, but they treat you well. They work hard at getting you out on time and treat you with respect (even if it's your mistake;)). They're a great team. More

I have been coming to Rallye Acura for about 2 years now and working with Mr. Moon. He is a such a great guy in terms of helping me resolving what ever issue i had with my car. The environment at Rallye is super friendly and i cant wait to purchase my next vehicle from this dealer hopefully soon. I have used this dealer for service since purchasing my Acura TL (2004). I am always treated courteously and with a friendly attitude. Enza is a longtime favorite of mine. As you can see, I have had interaction with many of the people at Rallye. Not one has been a disappointment, from the purchase with Dick Wilson to the latest visit with Melissa. GO RALLYE! More
