When I purchased my new 2021 Aviator there were minor repairs and scratches that Dana agreed to repair. A few weeks later I scheduled to have repairs made. Truck came back with a damaged rim. Made anothe repairs and scratches that Dana agreed to repair. A few weeks later I scheduled to have repairs made. Truck came back with a damaged rim. Made another appointment to fix that repair. Now rim looks worse than before. Been waiting now since 6/16. No callbacks, no return calls. I even contacted Lincoln concierge and they have been unable to get a return call. I am very dissapointed at the service provided to this loyal Lincoln owner. More

There are never "loaner" cars available Employees will always tell you" I wish I could help you" Employees say "this is not my area" Craigslist offers better service . Terrible management, charged me 27,218 point for a visit which no service has been performed and the car is under warranty. I am so sorry i have set foot in this dealership since I've been having problems w which no service has been performed and the car is under warranty. I am so sorry i have set foot in this dealership since I've been having problems with the car from the minute I picked it up. 8 months later and the problem is still there. Looking into lincoln buying back the car. More
