Our car, which we had for less than two weeks was held for 9 months for warranty repair. For all 9 months we did not receive one call from Dana. And this is the second car we had purchased from them. Wh for 9 months for warranty repair. For all 9 months we did not receive one call from Dana. And this is the second car we had purchased from them. When they tell us to come pick up the car no one knew we were coming to pick it up. We waited for a few hours for them to retrieve it then told us the car wash was broken. And the second key fob was lost. We finally got the key fob yesterday after waiting for over 3 hours. This has been the most dismal car buying experience ever. And as I said we were repeat customers. More
