Your frustration with recent service experiences is understandable, and I apologize for any inconvenience you and your daughter have faced. We are currently training new service staff to meet the high standards Keith has set, and we are committed to providing the best customer service possible. While they are still in training, we are confident they will soon offer the same level of service you have come to expect. Regarding the scheduling of service appointments and loaner vehicles, we understand your frustration. The increased volume of recall repairs has impacted the availability of loaners, which is why we have had to pivot to a scheduled system. This allows us to better accommodate the significant number of customers who schedule weeks in advance. I apologize for any inconsistencies you have experienced in receiving a loaner vehicle. Please know that we are continuously working to improve this process.
