Blew smoke and wastes my time. I saw a jeep that I had previously driven at another dealership listed at Modern Auto. I inquired about it, spoke to the owner of the dealership and made arrangements to see the vehicle. Here's the hitch. I told him how crazy my work schedule is, and he went above and beyond to take my needs seriously. Next day Keith the finance manager called me, and went over all the info he needed to get me approved should I want to buy the car after I drove it. He was back to me In 30 minutes with my interest rate, monthly pmts, etc I was shocked after dealing with the other less than stellar dealers. The most amazing part is, because my schedule was difficult, Keith offered to stay past closing time so I could test drive the car. Needless to say the vehicle was amazing. Looked and drove like new. So we signed the papers and was back the next day to pick up. Only the next day because the registry was closed when I test drove. Next after I drove away, I noticed a very very small crack in the windshield. I let Keith know via email. A few minutes later I recieved a call from the glass company that would be coming to me to replace my windshield. These guys are top notch. I have never experienced this level of customer service at a dealership. I will be recommending them to anyone I know in the market for a used car. More

I would definitely recommend them to anyone seeking to buy a vehicle. Very great setup, the place is clean and inviting. The only experience I had however( not a totally bad one), was with the owner. I felt he was pushing me too much into buying and not giving me enough time to think my decision. But, I do understand! Every salesman wants to close the deal and that's the nature of the business. Quality Car For a Good Price I would like to start by saying that Modern Auto Sales seems to pride themselves on seeking out higher than average quality cars. Most of the cars on the lot seemed to be in good shape and lower than average mileage. The car I bought was low mileage and in beautiful shape too. The salesmen weren't pushy, and they weren't rude like some other places that I have been. Everybody there was kind and willing to help me out in my first real time buying a car. I will say that the numbers on price seemed to be pulled out of nowhere at the start. I am an engineer, and the discounts, price evaluations, and lumped categories started to make my head spin. I finally had to stop the numbers game and do the math on my own to get a reasonable starting point in starting the back and forth talk on price. After some debating I did end up getting a good price and a great car. I probably didn't get the absolute best price ever on my lancer, but I definitely got a good deal, and an extremely nice car. More
